I've written a first post before, on a different blog, almost a year ago. I'm writing another, in a new place, because this platform allows me to streamline my publication and avoid tedious maintenance work.
What is GrassOps?
It's an online, publicly available service for hyperlocal community building. GrassOps succeeds when the users:
- Are deeply integrated into their local community
- Are enabled to take action according to their strengths
- Are informed and engaged in local current issues
Who are you?
Hi, I'm Cabbage. I'm an entrepreneur that wants the previous three points to be true in my community. I get excited about three things:
- People's journeys
- Complex problem solving
- Software
How is this relevant to me?
I'm currently building GrassOps in Salt Lake City, UT. If you live here, and you share my values around integration and people, GrassOps is relevant as a possible platform for building community close to home.
