Invitations

I've gotten invitations working for the GrassOps application - which means accounts can start getting created. There are a couple of notes for creating accounts in GrassOps:

GrassOps is in very early stages, and accounts are primarily for the purpose of beta testing, as the app has no exposed functionality. The only thing you can do after logging in is manage your account.
Accounts can only be created through a manual invitation from me, to avoid spam and application load the application isn't ready for.
Because GrassOps is a local service first, I'm focusing my attention on getting users in Salt Lake City before anywhere else. As GrassOps expands in capacity and my ability to take care of the business expands, we will start to spread out to other locations.

Making GrassOps a Modern Web App

GrassOps is targeting a few modern web app feature that conflict with each other, namely SEO optimization and client-side interactivity.
