Live and Auth Updates

The GrassOps app is now connected to the internet! You can see the site at https://app.grassops.org/. I haven't implemented invitations, so unfortunately nobody can create accounts yet 😦

I've decided to adjust the required authentication needs to the following:

• Signing in with Username and Password
• Allowing MFA with authenticator codes
• Updating username, password, email, and first/last name on the app.
• Creating and using invites

Which reduces the amount of labor I have to do before the product is usable. I'll implement more features over time, but I need to be lean right now!

I've got the first three done, now I just need to get the invitations working.
